Took 'em out the package slipped 'em in my shoes and started wearing 'em. I could tell a difference immediately! Not only in a slight increase in height, but more importantly in the overall comfort of my shoes. Most of my shoes are lace up, so they were able to accommodate the increase in height inside the shoe without much problem, but because of the orthotics I have to wear, adding these to the inside of my slip on shoes makes them a little too tight. So I don't wear my Sunday go to meetin' shoes much anymore. Now I can't, and don't want to go anywhere without them now. Ordering more soon.
