I needed this book for a Spanish course that I attend. The book is all in Spanish and has interesting articles to read. There are exercises to practice your understanding, a grammar section as well as more exercises at the back of the book. Each chapter covers a different topic.

I bought it for Spanish classes as the teacher is following this book. It is very good book. It includes lots of activities, some extra exercises if somebody wants to spend more time learning. It has also all verbsthat appears in the with the conjugation in one place. it is good choice of book for the Spanish course

Bought this for my Spanish class. It's great if you have a teacher but it wouldn't be any use if you were trying to study at home as there isn't any English in it. I would recommend for home study the Practice Makes Perfect range of books.

An excellent Spanish learning text book. Especially if you use it as revision. Very diverse topics such as culture,grammar,literature and much about South American living and culture.Better than book one in the same series.

As a teacher of Spanish to adults, I rate this book, and indeed series, very highly. The language a mix of formal and colloquial, and the exercises are stimulating and varied, Highly recommended.
