We visited a site of the company and read that the company has long history and makes exclusively qualitative clothes. It affected our decision to make a purchase. Jackets came very quickly. When we opened a package and started considering purchases, very quickly understood that us deceived... Jackets were sewed very much not accurately. Sleeves of a female jacket had different width. Their width differed on 1 inch. The cord which is sewn on edge of a jacket has fragmentary edge and is sewn very much not accurately. The size of both jackets doesn't correspond to the real American size. They are one size less than really declared size. Seams on both jackets very curve, everywhere stick out threads curve seams. The lining is sewn disgustingly. You can look at all these defects in enclosed photos. When we wanted to return low-quality goods, it appeared that it needs to be sent at own expense back to Ireland. We suggested firm most to pay sending rejected production, but they refused. They told that the rules Amazon don't allow them to arrive so though promised to return money spent for return of jackets to Ireland. We sent jackets having spent for it $52. To us returned money which we spent for purchases and for return of these purchases back to Ireland. Concerning this incident from Vedoneire's firm we didn't receive apologies and comments. I have doubts that to us would return money if it there was a direct purchase at this firm, instead of purchase through a platform Amazon. I think that the politician Amazon concerning the clients, helped us to return our money. We often make purchases on Amazon and always received good service and if we buy from the seller Amazon, but service simply excellent. We don't intend to risk any more.
