It was going to cost more to fix the old one then to replace with this brand new cooler. It was very easy to install, and worked very well. The water inlet is 3/8 OD copper tubing. Very easy to hook up. And the water filter is very easy to change. The one we replaced was a pain. It looks as if maintenance on this machine will be so much easier. Fast cool down time too.
