I have been wearing Maui Jim sunglasses for years and have never found anything that even comes close to them, even much more expensive brands. After about a month, including a weekend of beach volleyball, I have to say I am very impressed. They are Light, comfortable, and the lenses are great. Most cheap sunglasses are like looking through dirty plastic to me. These are not. The feel of these glasses when you are wearing them is close to Maui Jims, not quite as nice, but close. Every aspect of them is almost as good as a $200 pair of sunglasses, but not quite there.They biggest difference I can find is quality of the frame. It does seem quite a bit cheaper than a high end pair, but doesn't look it or feel it after they are on. All that being said, I don't think I could justify $200 on a pair of sunglasses after wearing these. Almost as good, and a fraction of the cost. I'm glad I never wasted money on more expensive sunglasses (I got them as gifts). The lenses are clear, the fit is awesome and adjustable. I had two pair of Edge safety polarized before these. Neither fit my face, I have high cheekbones and the frames dug into my cheeks and the ear pieces hurt my head. These crossfire are very comfortable and lightweight. No problems at all with the fit and the lenses are clear and polarization is great. I work outside and cannot do without polarization and must have Z87 for my job.
