**Q: Is this ok for my 10.5 year old? It says up to 10 only why**
A: It is because after 10 a child's vitamin and mineral needs change. They would then move on to adult complete nutrition shake called Ensure.

A: Don't think so, haven't seen a bigger size.

**Q: Is this sweet? My daughter can’t stand anything sweet, not even fruit but she does a lot of sports and could do with something like this.**

A: Yes its gluten free. It is used I believe to help children who are underweight as a result of celiac disease gain weight.
