Setting it up is not as confusing as many make it out to be. I read the instruction manual and figured the whole clock out within minutes. The customizable sounds aren't really that good but I never use them. The default sound is fine and you can set it for how loud you actually want it which is amazing. The light system works perfectly and usually manages to wake me up enough to actually get out of bed.
