Great shoes

Normal size shoe a 9, ordered 9 1/2 which were too small, got the size 10. Unfortunately after a 1 hour walk on tarred surface with gentle slopes and normal wear for short time over a few days, my first toenails have gone black. Unable to wear them now.

Day one of the try before you buy, and so far all I can say is these are extremely comfortable, great arch support, and they breath well. Probably going to have to buy another pair in another colour. These might end up being daily wearers.

Six months in and not heavy usage the sole has started to come away from the shoe. After spending over £90.00 I’d have expected them to last a lot longer.

These are really comfortable. Look good and feel great. Like most of their shoes, size up. Especially if you plan to wear walking socks

I wear a size 13 in every other shoe and boot so I ordered size 13 in these and they are a perfect fit with thin socks. Even with thicker socks they still feel good... not too tight. I was pleasantly surprised by the good quality rubber molded soles. Vibram is a top name in rubber soles, I have some others I am happy with. Plenty of padding in the tongue and ankle support area. NOTE: One tip I will give for the big guys over 200lbs. - These inserts, like most others, are made of a foam that will press down and go flat under our weight in just a few days (I am 230lbs.), but I found the perfect solution here on Amazon. Order these to go in place of the removable inserts and your feet will feel like you are riding on new tires for many months to come. Very pleased with this purchase I'm and outdoors person so on the trail or just running errands they fit the bill. They fit great and very comfortable and have great arch support too. I've had chameleon prime stretch shoes in the past loved them but find these have much better arch support. Great shoe worth the money.

Good shoe, as merrells always are, but it did fit just a hair tight for my normal size which is rare for merrell. Also the photo and description made it sound and look more rugged than it actually is. Being a leather shoe I wasn't expecting holes with mesh on the sides. They're great for ventilation, but not good for keeping your feet dry which is what I bought them for. The treads are awesome. These things will grip any surface. Overall....very nice shoe, but a little different from what I expected.
