From the moment I started using the Brother FS60X, I found it to be incredibly beginner-friendly. Even as a novice, I was able to navigate its functions and features with ease. The machine has proven to be reliable, except for one minor issue I encountered early on. On one occasion, the feed dogs momentarily went in reverse instead of forward. However, a simple on off of the machine fixed my issue. I have undertaken numerous sewing projects since then, and this machine has effortlessly handled a variety of materials. From elastic thread to thicker fabrics like fleece-backed jersey and denim, the Brother FS60X has consistently delivered excellent results. I did notice that the overcast stitch was somewhat time-consuming. To address this, I ended up investing in an overlocker, which has solved the issue for me.
