It transmits overload and measurement data from the gauge to the test stand. The cable helps prevent damage to the load cell of a force gauge by stopping the movement of the test stand when it is overloaded.Force gauges, also called push-pull gauges or tension gauges, measure the tensile (pull) or compression (push) force applied to an object.
