I would highly recommend this case. Only a few areas of opportunity for the case:1) If you have a glass screen protector, pushing the volume keys or lock button will cause the case to slide under the screen protector from the screen. However, if your careful, this can be avoided by knowing how much pressure to use.2) The lock and volume buttons are very tough to push. I wish the case had rubber buttons and not hard plastic.3) The kickstand receives great protection with the case. However, due to the bulk, the kickstand doesn't stay flush to the Surface. It will be a little loose, but it is something you forget about because of how minor the issue is.4) The pen holder is GREAT as it's a soft plastic which won't scratch or damage my pen. Just wish the soft plastic could have been rubber. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Buttons are way too hard to press *by I***T on Reviewed in the United States on March 5, 2019* Case fits well but doesn't work with glass screen protector. It presses on the screen protector corners too hard and causes them to lift. The USB and DisplayPort cutouts are accessible but too deep. OK for a regular USB cable or normal size flash drive, but not OK for a USB keyboard/mouse receiver or short flash drive. The charging/dock connector is fully accessible and works fine with the larger Surface Dock connector.The size of the case is a little big -- the corners are quite large, but that probably also helps protect the device when dropped, so it's an OK trade off.The pen holder is the best I've seen on any case -- it's a great design.The biggest issue is that the power button and volume up/down buttons are impossibly hard to press. You have to use 2 fingers and press the power button as hard as you can to get it to register. It's obvious that they didn't test this much -- no one would think the force required to use the buttons is accessible. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great Case! *by A***R on Reviewed in the United States on August 2, 2019* This is a great cast for protection. My only complaint is the lip that holds the keyboard closed. I actually cut the lip off my case because it was causing my type cover to split at the edge where it rubbed on the case.
