Coffee Syrup Sample Pack (1 Autocrat 32 Oz, 1 Eclipse 16 Oz and 1 Coffee Time Coffee Syrup 16 Oz)

I haven't found many reviews for these three products, besides the "this tastes good!" etc kind. So I figured I'd write a quick one. The Coffee Time and Autocrat Coffee syrups tastes nearly, if not exactly the same. I will update this if I find any differences, but at first taste, they are interchangeable. If you've ever had a commercially available coffee milk, such as Stewart's coffee milk, or had a coffee malt or a shake, this is more than likely the taste you'd expect from a coffee syrup. The sweet, coffee taste, perhaps a slight hint of vanilla. You can't go wrong with this. (Please read ze UPDATE!) As for the Eclipse coffee syrup, it is a great coffee syrup. But, it does not taste the same as the Autocrat and Coffee time syrups. Which is a good thing! This coffee syrup has a hint of toffee in it. It's not a toffee syrup, as you can clearly taste the coffee; but it has the coffee after taste and slight burn. It is a very nice change of pace as far as syrups go. Now, a fourth syrup. Morning glory coffee syrup. This was the biggest disappointment of a syrup I've ever had. While it had the best ingredients, coffee, sugar, and that's about it. It failed so miserably in what we expect a coffee syrup to taste like. It was too plain. If you've ever made coffee, perhaps a bit strong. Say half the water that is recommended, then used mostly milk in your coffee and some sugar...that's what you got with said syrup. How much will it make? One pint will make a gallon of milk, plus or minus a cup or two, depending on taste. Is it thick? No. Coffee syrup is very thin compared to a chocolate syrup. UPDATE! After further review of the Autocrat Coffee Syrup, the taste is a bit different than the Coffee Time syrup. While it has the same taste, it it a much weaker coffee taste, and much more sweet. So I rank the syrups in this order: Tied for first: Coffe Time and Eclipse. Different tasting syrups, but you can't go wrong with either. 2nd: Autocrat. It's ok, better than nothing. Never buy: Morning Glory. It's no better than regular coffee in milk. You can, and should, make your own. It'd be better.

A lot of people have never even heard of coffee syrup. But for those of us that know about it, this is a nice little assortment of 3 brands. Actually, my boyfriend gave one to his dad, who had never heard of it either. Despite the fact he (his dad) was born and raised in NE. Apparently, coffee syrup is big in NE, RI specifically. If you’re a coffee lover, you will likely enjoy this trio as well. It’s a lot like the chocolate syrup you put into your milk, but it’s coffee flavored! The possibilities are endless……

This is an awesome deal, you get three different syrups to try and see which you like best but to tell the truth they are all great and I always buy this variety pack because to me they have three distinct flavors. You get the most of the autocrat syrup which I believe is the most coffee like of the bunch. The coffee time which I probably use most often has a real caramel with a coffee hint that I find absolutely irresistible. I think it’s better than having dessert most times. Autocrat has a slightly less caramel flavor and more of a coffee flavor but still on the slightly caramel side. The Eclipse I think is equal parts caramel and coffee and is slightly weaker in flavor so I end up using a bit more of it that I would of the other two per serving. They are all fantastic! They are not too sweet and I don’t find them to be full of caffeine so no jitters or anything for me. I highly recommend this three pack so you can find your favorite flavor.

A little bit sweeter than I thought it would be

This stuff is really good. Taste delicious with milk. I had to stop drinking coffee for medical reasons because of caffeine. This gives the light taste of coffee, but doesn’t upset my stomach. All three of these products are from the same manufacturer. I’ve only tried one so far so I don’t know if they taste different but my guess is they’re all the same.

Do you live in Rhode Island? We don't. My niece is a lawyer. Her best friend's ex sister in law's husband went to law school where he and my niece were law review participants. He grew up in Rhode Island. Apparently, coffee milk is a thing there. Who would have thunk? So, what is coffee milk, you ask. It is coffee flavored milk. Travelling to New England periodically to visit my niece, we were introduced to the joys of coffee milk, a truly non intoxicating elixir if there ever was one. Returning to our home in Pennsylvania, we searched for coffee milk at the local grocery store. Alas, we searched in vain, were met with blank stares or suggestions that we mix coffee and milk. Definitely not acceptable. However, a search for coffee milk during our daily order for things we questionably need on Amazon, to satisfy our daily fix, returned a hit for "Coffee Syrup Sample Pack (1 Autocrat 32 Oz, 1 Eclipse 16 Oz and 1 Coffee Time Coffee Syrup 16 Oz)...". Excitedly, we ordered and were quickly rewarded with a solution to our unrequited lust for coffee milk. I can only describe our satisfaction with this product as rapturous. A tablespoon or two of the mysterious concentrate in a glass of milk yielded a beverage of the same quality as the coffee milk we found in New England. Bravo Amazon and Merchant. You are truly the best. Highly recommended!

While they taste good and are good enough for what you pay, they are unfortunately way too sweet and don't have enough coffee flavor.

Great for coffee milk . Pre sweetened concentrate but you can add milk and sugar at your own taste. Three to choose from . I think these all taste very sweet and delicious with milk.
