Seller was super useful, I needed replacement fixings and they sent it out without any issue and provided useful guidance. Very sturdy, excellent build quality and simple to install. However there is some slight misleading print on the box. It states that the tilt is -15 ° to +15 ° which simply doesn’t and really a feature it needs to offset any unevenness in the wall it’s being fixed to, in our case it’s made our tv lean forwards slightly which we’re looking at how we can resolve by packing the lower bracket out. So just bare that in mind when purchasing that you can’t offset -15 ° only forwards. I hope this helps.
