Good color plastic, with just the right texture to hold the phone securely without having to grip it too hard.Only complaint is, after opening it once, one side doesn't stay completely closed any more. It doesn't open very far, just enough that when I hold the phone I can feel the two pieces coming together, and worry that one day I will catch a bit of skin and pinch it.Still, a very good product for the price.
