So I ordered one to keep at the office. One for home. The second one did not work, at all. I posted a review and the business got back with me within 1 day to find out what the problem was. I explained how much I liked the first one but the second did not work. They sent me a replacement headset. They were fast, friendly, they were incredible working with me to make my purchase right. I have shared this with several people and I hope that everyone who has showed an interest in this one would get one. Best thing since smart phones came out. It keeps the touch screen off the face. I forgot to take it to work on Tuesday (I'd taken the work one on the road with me) and was without it on Friday -- and I realized once again how fabulous it is!
