It is steroid-free. **Q: What are the ingredients?** A: I bought this wonderful product on the advice of a doctor in France some years ago. Now I even use it as a night cream. It isn't greasy at all. Ingredients are 15% glycerol, 8% vaseline and 2% paraffin. I'm surprised it took so long to come to the U.S. **Q: body and face or only body ?** A: I believe you can use it on your face and body as well.
