Got initial response then when they found out it was a warranty item (one camera day lights not working) they stopped responding. Contacted desertcart and they could not even get ahold of Seller. I'm surprised desertcart is still selling their products. They are out of China not bad until it comes to warranty or tech support. Shady operation. All appearances are of a quality product. Picture is good. Set up is a bit of a difficult proposition. We have had lots of issues trying to make it work right. Tech support is helpful but located overseas making connecting with them during normal business hours very difficult. We continuously have issues with their tech support returning calls in the middle of the night (1-2:00 a.m.) even though we tell them every time that we are asleep and not at work during that time.
