They are simply the most amazing recovery tool!!! The ability to just get in these babies, zip up and relax is a simple way to get in your recovery while you watch tv, check emails, social media, read, or do whatever else you need to relax.I have reviewed and used extensively many different brands over the years and I am very familiar with the nuisances of each. Elevated Legs' niche is the ability to use Hot/Cold packs in addition to the recovery boots. While this may sound like a nice feature I already find that my legs get nice and toasty without the hot packs so those are unnecessary.As for cold packs well there is some controversial science showing that ice baths do not help, and although I have tested with cold ice packs for testing purposes I would never use them as a regular consumer. It is just too much work plus condensation gets everywhere .Lastly the Elevated Legs system is nearly identical to Speed Hound as they are both made in the same factory. Take a look at the picture I added. However you can purchase Speed Hound for $650. Do a search "Thomas Gerlach Speed Hound vs Normatec review" and you should find my full review on my blog.
