This set has been a winner on all three counts! I do wish it had one more saucepan and one less skillet, but otherwise just fine. I use it on a new ceramic smooth cooktop and the pans are just the right weight. I've noticed that fry pans come out cleaner when I put a dab of Dawn on them before I put them into the dishwasher.
