The version of android 8.1 running is stable, the image quality is impressive, I didn't realize this work with 4K video before I got it. so I was pleasantly surprised when I set it up and saw that it was working at 4K resolution.Movies and TV shows run smoothly with great quality. the size is not bulky, which is a plus. I would recommend this box to anyone who wants a powerful android box without breaking the budget. ### ⭐⭐⭐ My included keyboard doesn't seem intended to work with this unit *by F***A on July 26, 2019* I go this to possibly replace several much less expensive ($20) android boxes we use to keep a weather radar active on monitors. I was hoping this would not crash or freeze up as much. The problem is there isn't a way to turn off "sleep" mode. After it goes into that, any app has to be restarted as when it wakes it is at home. This is probably an android issue. So far my observations - there isn't an obvious way to use the remote in a "mouse" mode. I stared at it, looked for information about it, compared it to the remote on the $20 android box. My $20 box was capable of making the remote operate as a mouse. Finally, I just connected a USB mouse to get past that issue. I was excited about the included keyboard, charged and plugged in directly via USB does nothing. It appears to be a totally separate product that is tossed into this box with no obvious existing integration with this product. In fact the listed compatible platforms do not list android. There aren't instructions on how to connect it via bluetooth, which I expect would be much more convenient than having a 12 inch USB cable attached. When I go into bluetooth settings on this box I am not able to get the keyboard to show up. Of course, I am just guessing because the keyboard comes with very brief, cryptic instructions. The weather app I used did crash overnight. That could be more the fault of the app programming and android rather than the box, but I was hoping perhaps this would be more stable. I have it attached to a 4k monitor and it looks great but so did my $20 android box. So far I feel like a fool for spending the extra cash on this box. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Works great so far but item was used labeled beam had a 12 day uptime *by F***T on October 16, 2019* I didnt like that my uptime was already 12 days combined when it should be hours for setup. It was al so already updated to 9 from 8.1 which means this was a very used item. They gave me 15 percent back. I should have returned it but have the warranty. Get the warranty bc China sells anything with a new label on it.
