The weight, texture and even smell are dead on. It is large, heavy and perfect for what it is supposed to be. The scratches on the one side do look a bit overly mechanical and not quite natural, but I plan on doing a little work on that myself. As far as a very nice little bit of comic book lore, this is a fun collectible that I would recommend anyone who is into it purchases. It would work great as a display piece, or like me, carry it in your pocket to help make those hard decisions. In short I love it and was not at all disappointed.
