Still a fantastic keyboard though. ### ⭐⭐ Garbage key caps *by R***S on February 26, 2023* TlDR: Feels solid, but key caps are trash I'll update this a year after purchase to show how many original keycaps are left if I remember. Look I heard of this keyboard though linus. As a result I assume that the switches are probably legit, or at the very least feel like the real deal. I wish I didn't have doubts, but read on. So I lost 8 keycaps in shipping. Sent in a customer support email tot he company and heard nothing back. Normally I'd have returned it, but amazon accidentally delivered it to the wrong address (with pictures!) and I didn't feel like putting even more effort into getting this item intact. Alright, so I buy a keycap set, functionally raising the price of this keyboard by 20 dollars or so. Be aware, you should probably plan on doing this if you want this otherwise solid keyboard. There's no real padding in the box, and the included caps are pretty loosely attached, so I can't imagine not getting breakage. As a result I've avoided fully switching out my caps to instead catalog my gradual loss of keys. Most of them broke off after shipping, having small cracks on the connector, but I've been fairly steadily losing a key or two a month since. I'm writing this review right now as I had to play videogames with friends tonight with the right arrow key subbing for my 's', the most recent casualty. Kind of pathetic that you'd put so much effort into making the base feel quality, yet couldn't spring a couple extra bucks for quality caps and like a simple piece of foam in the box for shipping (or heck, ship the keys in a bag unattached). Really lets down an otherwise quality product.
