What is the highest temperature on this heating pad?

Starts at 113 goes up to 167. I like heat and this is the hottest heating pad I’ve ever owned. I’ve had more expensive ones that don’t get as hot. Usually I have them as high as it goes but there’s no need with this one. And for the price it’s worth it.

Can you lay down on this pad?

Probably not a good idea. The instructions say “Do not sandwich the heating pad against a sold surface as that can trap the heat and lead to potential burns.” Instructions also include caution against wrapping the pad too tightly. The pad gets very hot very quickly.
