## Questions & Answers

**Q: Are these washable? Hand washing or washing machine?**
A: I've had my aim for over a year and I haven't felt the need to wash them. That being said I would feel totally comfortable hand washing them but would never put them in the washing machine.

**Q: Do these shoes run a size smaller?**
A: I wear a 7.5, sometimes an 8 in a narrower style of shoe, so I ordered both to see which fit me best.  The 7.5 was too big, so they run 1/2 size large.  I'll reorder and try a 7, which is a size I never wear in a shoe, but the 7.5 was not touching my heel at all.  I really like the look, but they run at least 1/2 size large.

**Q: what material is the breathable woven upper made of?**
A: I am not sure, looks like synthetic leather. Breathable material. I own 4 pairs

**Q: how high is heel area**
A: Mine are 3/4”. Mine are a discontinued Ralph Lauren shoe. They are not high. I love them!!!! So comfortable!!!
