    Unusable - screws stripped, dent in back, door warped by 1/4"

Smashed corners, screws stripped (remember this is a preassembled rack), dent in back, door warped and won't stay in place. Paint chips all over.It was shipped like this, the packing material was perfect.

I'm extremely happy with the quality of the product. The rack is solid built and came fully assembled, even with extra screws and nuts for equipment installations.Comes in secure packaging, brand new, excellent design and nice finish, and very reasonably priced. Other vendors will certainly charge more for similar quality and size. Customer support is awesome, I asked for extra cage nuts and got them in three days. I'll definitely purchase this brand again!
