The bottom part that hold the battery charger (or whatever you want to put there) came with a broken tab. Instead of gluing it, I just drilled a hole and put a zip tie through it. The plastic came bent and the instructions to mount aren't clear on the page. This thing is meant to be drilled into place. I just hung it with hooks.Even though I'm complaining at the beginning, because I hate poor craftsmanship, the holder works well once you mount it. It has a shelf for your battery charger, or battery, or whatever you want. Has presized holes for your bits, and one for your bit box.I hope that when you get yours, all the tabs are intact. I have another one of these I bought at a retailer and love it. When I purchased a second cordless drill I wanted another one of these organizers. Although it was damaged, I still rate it 5 stars because I love the way it supports the drill and the charger along with other accessories you may use with your drill. Thanks Amazon for carrying this product.UPDATE: Amazon (and everyone else it seemed) was out of these for the longest but when I saw them available again on Amazon I picked up another one. These things are perfect and you can hang them just about anywhere. My Makita charger was a little big for the charger stand but I grabbed a 36" zip tie and secured it to the stand and it doesn't interfere with the functionality of the PDH or the charger. I may have to make up an excuse to buy another drill so I can buy one more of these...so far I own 3 and they work great. BTW, this time none of the little pegs were missing or broken but I ended up breaking all of them when I used the same technique I did on my earlier comments regarding the PDH I bought back in December (bolting the battery charger instead of using the factory little plastic pegs). Update *by R***R on Reviewed in the United States on September 5, 2014* Great concept, wimpy product.When I opened the box I noticed a little blue plastic piece lying at the bottom of the box. It didn't take me long to figure out where it went. Unfortunately it had broken off before I ever had a chance to "assemble" the unit.The design is great in theory (thus two stars) but just doesn't cut it in the end. The unit has a fold down shelf where the battery charger is supposed to be placed. This shelf "connects" to the main section via 4 little hooks that act as hinges. This little hinge is what was already broken when I unpacked the holder. Furthermore, another hook broke off as I lowered the shelf and tried to hook everything together.I packed this baby back up and am sending it back. Because I liked the design, I requested a replacement. I'll update this review when the replacement arrives next week. I really hope the second one is functional because I want this holder to work!Stay tuned.Update -- September 8, 2014The replacement came a day earlier than anticipated. That was a surprise. I opened up the package only to find the exact two hinge parts broken! Talk about disappointing. An additional surprise was discovering that the item came with mounting instructions and hardware! The original item was missing these. Oh, if you're going to mount this on a pegboard be careful. The mounting holes on the item don't line up very well. It's doable, but you have to work at it. And finally, I don't know what kind of cordless drill this thing is supposed to hold because it doesn't work for the 10 year Ryobi drill I was planning on using it with. My 25 year old Black and Decker fits however, so it's not a total loss.I'm keeping this one just because Amazon really tried to make it right, and it's really not worth sending it back given the price I paid. I just won't be buying any other products by this manufacturer any time soon.I'm taking the rating down to a 1 because of the issues mentioned above.
