A: Maltodextrin is all carbs, no protein, no fat.  For 100 grams of Malto, there are 95.2 grams of Carbs or 380 Calories.  Other helpful measurements:  1 teaspoon of malto = 15 calories.  1 oz of malto = 108 calories.

**Q: Is this product organic?**
A: This is a really high quality natural product but is not considered organic.  It is not certified organic.

**Q: I want to know the expiration dates and if has soy..  14 units.?**
A: The ingredient of this Tapioca Maltodextrin is only Tapioca Maltodextrin.  The expiration dates varied.

**Q: Can I use this product for thickening room temp water?(for seller) If yes, is it possible for you to provide the manufacturing process of the product?**
A: Hi - this maltodextrin can easily dissolved in room temp water.  However, without knowing your intended application for thickening the water, it's really hard for us to know whether this is the right product for you.  The best thing to do unfortunately is for you to experiment with it. I purchased this product based on it's claims that it "Dispersed Easily in Cold or Hot Liquid". That was not my initial experience. I added water to the maltodextrin and it clumped just like corn based maltodextrin. I rated it at 2 stars. Then I saw a comment somewhere about adding maltodextrin to water not the reverse. I then tried the reverse adding maltodextrin to the water and it dissolved almost instantly with a little stirring. I deducted one star because there is nothing on the package to suggest the proper order of mixing.
