I believe Sudoku's are s a good and healthy thing to do for one's self (if they need a bit of problem solving engineering in their lives), see the fun and benefit, but really sitting down and being mentally active by problem solving in a sedentary position for so long makes me not too excited.Video games are pretty fun as one can be super active with them but can be a bit cumbersome when one is trying to talk to colleagues/friends about the games when these people really don't care. They might 'care' but really some people just don't like video games (or the ones that I play), and they just politely nod.This book has neither of these two issues. It is fun, active, easy to bring up some 'problems' when you are in the break room with your coworkers, talking with students in your classes, or just taking 5-10 mins to solve a problem with your loved ones. Heck if I had kids or tiny second cousins/nieces/nephews around I'd throw these questions at them. It's fun.
