That may depend on your body shape, but my wife, the one who uses it, said it tends to roll down as you sit. **Q: What is the sizing for med/lrg and lrg/xlrg?** A: My mom wears size 12 pants and the med/large fits her well. **Q: Would this wrap work while swimming?** A: it's not a wrap, it's a band, with interior to hold your pouch, and you can wear small undies beneath. We also know that 'pancaking' or having the sludge stay at the top of the bag, around the stoma, can be reduced by using a lubricating deodorant on the top of the pouch. Also, emptying the bag when it is 1/3 full is the best way to limit leakage. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Concealment and Support With Comfort *by D***. on August 18, 2022* I'm new to wearing a urostomy pouch and the fact that it can be seen behind my clothing makes me very self-conscious. I'm a petite woman only 5 feet tall so my stoma is well above my belly button and inches above the waistband of my dress pants and blue jeans. I can see pouch crinkles and bulges under every type of top or dress I wear. This support garment smooths out the pouch edge crinkles and bulges and makes the pouch nearly invisible under any type of blouse or knit shirt. It also hides the drain at the bottom of the pouch because of the little "envelope" in the bottom of the garment. It's very easy to put on and take off. I wish the price was a little bit lower because I'd like to purchase several more of these.The only improvement I can suggest is the size of the opening in the underneath layer is not compatible with my one-piece Hollister urostomy bag, so it would be nice to have different size openings available. The garment as it is made my bag pucker up and stick straight out. I need a 3 inch opening, so I sewed a 3 inch circle with a sewing machine stretch stitch around the current opening. Then I trimmed the excess fabric close to the newly stitched circle. Works perfectly now and I couldn't be happier. It is easy to put on and take off, and the pouch can be easily accessed for emptying while you are wearing the garment. Compatible with a standard ostomy belt (like the Hollister adjustable ostomy belt). Can be used with most styles of underwear; wear it over a speedo or bikini-style underwear with a waistband that crosses under the stoma, or wear it under boxers or granny panties where the waistband crosses above the stoma. Super easy to hand or machine wash and hang to dry. Not suitable for preventing parastomal hernia but does reduce the pulling sensation of a full pouch. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Soft comfortable an will buy more. *by M***R on February 29, 2020* I have been using this as my night time holder. I will probably be getting another so when I need to wash it. I like that it has the hole but it could be a slight bigger. Not much just a bit. I worry that the hole will mess with the waffer. So I right now just use it as a wrap an cover the whole bag with it. Does fit nice doesn’t really roll like some had said there’s did. I measured the larger part of my tummy so I would get a nice fit.
