My husband is 6'6" and over 300#. After approximately 5 weeks, he noticed that out new mattress (purchased same day) was sagging at the corner at the head end of the bed on his side. Found out that the support bar (top to bottom) had completely roked off. This is a part that was welded to the main part of the frame. We do spend a lot of time before we go to sleep sitting up in the bed watching TV, so I can't say if the concentrated weight or poor craftsmanship was the cause.
