It is not completely black all around. The edges are all white. Looks like the paint machine missed the edges so it doesn't look so nice there, but it works. The images of the world map and flags are extremely grainy. So probably was designed with a low resolution photo/graphic, or the screen print shop went cheap on the print colors. Hahahah!
