These batteries are the only ones that work. I bought the offbrands and they die after a month. Won’t hold a charge and don’t work. $15 less than the sale price at the national “red” and the national “blue” hardware stores that carry Craftsman. Arrived low on charge, but charged right up in minutes. This is only a 2 amp hour battery, but that’s what I wanted. I am an occasional home user, and only drill a few holes or make a small number of cuts at a time; so I wanted the smallest/lightest battery possible. I also don’t want a no-name brand as Craftsman brand has worked well for me for decades.
