I would not recommend this rope if you will require the product to be adjusted frequently for people of different heights.2, I find the handles to fell uncomfortable and cause a slight cramp in my hand when jumping rope for an extended period of time, although I have smaller than average hands and it may just be a case of getting used to the feel.Other than that if you are looking for a good jump rope this in my opinion is a good choice. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Light Weight Rope *by W***L on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 3 May 2020* This rope is a classic boxing rope. It is great for beginners or more advanced fitness skippers. It's lightness allows beginners to focus on learning technique & rhythm without the difficultly of a heavy rope. For tricks this lightness is also great. The rope has apparently been used by pro boxers like Floyd Mayweather. Basically if you are learning or using for fitness/boxing footwork you can't go wrong. There are more advance ropes but 90% of people would do well to get one of this one.This is actually my second rope. My first was far too heavy to learn anything! Don't make that mistake if you are a beginner. Heavy ropes are basically for conditioning.
