If you're looking @ this item, you & I share a problem: very dry nostrils; perhaps yours, like mine, can't even clear mucus b/c there is too much dried mucus holding the wetter stuff in. Creates perfect conditions for a sinus infection. Have had problems with Dry, Crusted Nose for years, that has affected my sleep. With this product I sleep better. Only two issues 1. Difficult to administer a 'single dose' and 2. The tube I got seemed to have a lot of AIR and not too much product !
