It looks good and the various elements are well made and sturdy.My issue was with the connector. The hole in the connector is too small to feed through clasp on the bead chain. I had to pull the clasp apart to release the chain, feed it through then put the clasp back on (still a bit uncertain about whether it's back on tight enough to hold).Not a huge issue in the end, just really annoying to figure out! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars Gorgeous sleek and hygienic *by T***. on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 14 February 2015* Yay no more grubby unhygienic string! This is a lot smaller than I first imagined it would be but now that I've installed it, it looks gorgeous in my bathroom and works fine. It has a lovely weighted feel to it and the chrome appears to be of excellent quality.It comes supplied on a chrome ball chain and there is a small ring fixing which you can either attach directly to your existing string or as in my case I ended up buying a separate chrome cord connector for a couple of pounds more. It's not necessary to buy this but I wanted the connection where the string and ball chain to meet to be hidden and not on show. It's a bit fiddly but definitely worth it. It took me a couple of minutes to work out how to get the ball chain off the ring fixing but then suddenly it all made sense haha.
