Is the glass clear? It looks blueish on the picture and says blue/clear on discription

I have the one with black crossover legs and the glass is clear. Don't know about the one with chrome legs sorry.

The picture for the glass round table has also got a picture for a rectangle glass table. Is this 100% a round table?

I can only advise that the table we bought was a rectangular table so there must be two different types.

Can chairs be tucked underneath fully?

Not neatly no, you have to either leave them out slightly or put them at a funny angel
