I almost accidentally bought the shaker for cooking. Are theses the ones to flavor your water?** A: They can be used in anything you would real lime or lemon in. I would sprinkle in recipes all the time and they are basically the same taste as the real thing. My 5 year old loves them on his already cooked fish and chicken. I would sprinkle them in my ice water but there is no other ingredients like sweeteners like other water flavor additive. I just love these!!!
