After installing this kit on my trailer and securing my bike for the first time I was disappointed that both ratchet straps would slip as soon as the had tension on them, not allowing me to secure my bike. My only option through Amazon was to return the entire kit for replacement. Obviously that was not my best option as I did not want to unbolt everything. I contacted Lock-n-Load directly via phone and explained my issue with the straps. WITHOUT QUESTIONING OR HESITATION I was told to send my contact and mailing info to them and they would send out a replacement set free of charge the next day. WHAT????
