I only consume sugar based products that are Non GMO so Wholesome was my only option. If you've never had this, you're thinking it's molasses. Sweet like honey, right? Nope. It's unfiltered and tastes like prune juice. If you do it straight, chase with oj. Kills taste & Vit C helps Iron absorption. Win. Win.
