We have never purchased furniture online before and took a chance because we loved the look and the measurements were right. What a pleasant surprise! The sectional came packaged perfectly in 3 pieces. No damage or flaws whatsoever. No screws or tools needed. The backs click into the seats and the arms get zipped into place. 4 recliners included. Firm, very comfortable and seems like very good quality (only had for 2 days now). Looks black in picture but is a very dark brown like espresso. My one and only complaint is that it came with a strong "plastic-like" odor. This is slowly disappearing as it airs out, but it is a gross smell.
