No instructions are included, and you wouldn't need them anyway. a one-armed buy could get this thing together just fine.for as easy as it goes together, it feels decently stable. no undue wobble or shimmy side-to-side with the bike upright on the stand. easy enough to get the bike up as well, the lever action feels sturdy and not at all sketchy.i spent awhile shopping around and looked at a bunch of knock-off options, but i saw a lot of sketchy things, and didn't want to waste my money. I also didn't want to drop $150 on a Pitbull rear stand, i'm not spending every weekend at the track or anything like that; i'm pretty much going to be using this to make chain upkeep easier about every 500 miles.Overall, i have to say great value and good quality. the mounting hardware is good, with nylon captive-thread nuts included. the paint finish looks good, looks decently thick. I live in Hawaii (this is important to me) and it is frustrating when I can not get parts without a huge shipping surcharge or the seller does not ship it. I decided to take advantage of my amazon prime membership. I originally was looking at the venom fork stands but, they don't ship it to Hawaii. I continued my search and stumbled on the CHN FS-1 Rear Fork Stand. this product had prime shipping too YEAH!!!!I pulled the trigger on this after I compared the reviews and components to other similar brands (price and features). I have seen a few bad reviews about the fork stand packaging. I did not receive damaged/scratched fork stands but, there was a tiny bit of sand or something like it, though, not much in the package.There are no instructions included but, It is fairly simple to assemble using an Allen wrench set. I have had the front and rear stand for a month. I move and adjust my Yamaha R1 In my garage on the stands with no problems. My bike is more maneuverable without the front stands. I have not dropped my bike using the stands and they have been stable. I have not gotten on my bike to test for that much stability.The quality of the rubber, wheels and spool arms could be improved but, this product is, overall, great for its price. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars CHN RSW-1 Rear Wheel Stand *by B***E on Reviewed in the United States on March 5, 2012* Surprisingly satisfied. Not the most heavy duty stand out there, but seems to hold my old oiler GSXR 1100 with little effort. Didn't know what to expect for $40 + free ship. Got here quick, sans instructions, just as other reviews stated. Not brain surgery though, after attaching support arms, make sure to measure distance between arms at wheel end and spool support end before torking allen heads. Then get bike as upright as possible by setting appropriate height shim under kickstand. Slide spool supports into stands arms, tall end at front, hand tight on the allens. Wheel stand up to bike spools, lining up as equidistant as possible, eyeballing (measure if A.R.), then tork allens. Wheel straight back up to bike and lift. If you're happy with your alignment and overall sturdy feel, you're golden. Make sure to check tork on allen heads. In hindsight, wish I wood have picked up matching front stand at same time when on deal. After a coupled of weeks use, and I mean using it several times for oil change, fairing & windscreen install, chain cleaning & adjust, this stand is a steal.
