The right earplug can be paired separately but I cannot reset both to work together. I followed the troubleshooting guide on how to reset but to no avail. I do connect to the L earbud but it does not pair with the right. I keep hearing in the left earbud "pairing ...successful then immediately, pairing again. I have turned all devices nearby off bluetooth and have removed the connection from devices that connected to the earbuds. After quite a bit of time trying to resolve the stereo sound, I have stopped. I am at a loss. I also made sure that the buds were fully charged. So, I guess its a pairing issue between the earbuds themselves. I love them but now can only use one or the other.
