McNett Tactical OP Drops Optical Cleaning Kit

These were a lifesaver where I work. We just started wearing face masks in the office, and the biggest complaint was fogging lenses. I purchased some for myself, and they worked OK, but didn't last long on my prescription glasses with all the bells and whistle coatings (UV/ Transitions/ Blue Light/ AR, etc.). My employer bought some to offer to other people, and we quickly discovered they work great on prescription safety glasses, which do not have these coatings. I switched to wearing my safety glasses in the office, and have to apply once per week, but am mostly fog free. Occasionally I get some condensation if my glasses are very cold, but overall this works great.

This is a good anti-fog product. It works well to prevent fogging on glasses, sun glasses, goggles, face shields, etcetera.

Wearing facemasks made my glasses fog up something fierce. I tried the scuba "hack" of baby shampoo, it helped a bit but not really well enough. I got these OP Drops 2 weeks ago - no more fog, no eye irritation. When I'm heading out, I clean my lenses, put one drop on each, spread it around with my finger then remove much of it with a cotton pad. The cotton pad leaves a pretty thick layer that I let dry for a half a minute or so, then I buff the lens clear with a microfiber cloth. Perfectly clear lenses that don't fog up. Sometimes I forget to go through the process, and I find that the anti-fog still works pretty well.

Been using this product since it was issued to me in the Marines in the early 2000s... It's an amazing product that works as described. I use it on my Sunglasses and any firearm optics that I use. If the Corps issued them then it's GOOD TO GO!

I was introduced to this product by a friend that was in the military. We went snowboarding and I used it on my goggles and had no problem with fog all day. So I came home and purchase two bottles of this because I thought it was an awesome product. I went snowboarding the day after I received it, applied it to my goggles and used the microfiber cloth that comes with the bottles to wipe off the residue. Everything seemed fine, but about 2 hours into riding the goggles started to fog? I went into the lodge to let the goggles dry out and used some more. That's when I realized that the microfiber carrying case that comes with the bottle was actually scratching my lenses to all hell!! I must say if you buy this product, DO NOT USE THE CLOTH CASE THEY SEND YOU!!! Buy another cloth, one for cleaning glasses that will not scratch your lenses. I think the antifog is a good product but that microfiber cloth is crap, my lenses are scratched horribly and I now have to spend more $$$ on new goggles :( very disappointed with this, let another friend use it and we both have scratched lenses now, on goggles that cost us about $170 each :(

I bought this to use on my ski goggle’s lenses. Easy application on a clean lens, however I didn’t notice much difference in its anti fog ability. My lenses do not have a factory anti fog coating either. I’ll try it on regular glasses and shades but it was not effective in cold below 20F°.

Great product! It does work. I work in healthcare and with the pandemic I have to wear goggles when I provide patient care. This product prevent the goggles from fogging up for days.

Way better than nothing! Fog protection seems to work a little better in the cold than in the heat; you will need to periodically reapply, but otherwise not a bad product! Good for airsoft/paintball.

ESSのクロスボウにて使用 他の製品が使えない等の問題もあり購入 レビューには臭いや効果が無いというのも有るが私自身は1番満足する製品だった。 匂いは確かにするものの気になるものでもなく、曇りに関しても、一瞬曇ってもすぐ取れるのでサバゲーでは助かってます。

メガネ、ミラーサングラス、ヘルメットのシールドに利用しました。 使い方が悪かったのか？メガネは微妙に曇りましたが、前の様にものすごく曇る事はありません。 使用してからバイクに乗ってないので、今後バイクに乗って使用感を確かめたいと思います。 容量が多いので、下手したら頻繁に利用しない場合は長年保存する事になります。 その際劣化等が気になる所です。

Got it to use my prescription glasses under my ski glasses. It didn't really worked for me. I've tried only once. May haven't used enough product to cover the lens. I wasn't happy with it. McNett give me better direction and I'll change the review if it work next time.
