This bed rest pillow has sufficient stuffing and is very soft, comfortable and provides great support.I needed something like this so that when I need to, I can sit up in a bed with a hardwood antique headboard with some back support (without having to arrange 812 pillows behind me) so I can work sitting up, with a laptop.Product is exactly what it is supposed to be, arrived in an enormous box a toyota could fit in. This is not cushy, but it was the best that I was able to find for the price. Exterior fabric is not an upholstery quality microfiber you would find on a couch and is similar to light cotton. NO reason for other companies to charge a hundred dollars for the VERY same thing. By the way, I am really short, and this is the perfect height for me. Taller person might need taller pillow.
