I have read some reviews that said it was cheap and flimsy that is not true. It took about 20 minutes to assemble it was easy for me. Instructions are not very good so if you have no experience in assembly then it can be a challenge. My tv is a fifty inch and it holds it good and steady. It also has a nice appearance. It gave me more room on my desk because the leg are not too big.
