    Returns are not worth it!

I purchased this light along with another so I could decide between the two.  I opened the other light I purchased from another company first leaning towards a different but similar design.  I fell in love with the other never opening the box for this lightI emailed the vendor to request a return.  He first told me that I would have to pay him back for the FREE  shipping I received since I am a Amazon Prime member.  He then emailed me to tell me I had to pay shipping back to him which was expected...he then asked if still wanted to send the light back?  Of course I did since I had chosen the other light.  Once I told him yes, he again whittled down the refund by telling me I had to pay a "restocking fee" on top of the $38.00 for sending and return shipping charges.  I was upset since the light was $165.00 less $38.00 for his requested fees plus another $32.00 for restocking fees he has made it impossible for me to return since 1/2 the cost of the light he is stealing from me for all of his fees!  Basically he is forcing me to keep his light that I DO NOT need.  Annndddddd to boot, the box was never opened as I informed him.At this point I don't care what his products looks like.  He does not take returns back if you don't  like his product for any reason or you change your mind without "return feeing" you right out of your return refund!  I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING FROM THIS VENDOR!

We get so many compliments on this chandelier! The only downside we have found is that it was kindof a pain to put together. Totally worth it in the end, but do it when you have a little extra time on your hands.

Bought this for our new home so it was installed professionally but if i had to do it it looked easy enough.  The crystals were easy to attach and didnt take all too long to do.  They are rolled up in foam so i just rolled them out on the ladder and installed them.  It comes with extra ones if you ever need them.  I highly recommend this light!
