Sadly, two of the buttons popped off pretty quickly.I reached out to the seller and explained the issue and said I was willing to repair the pillow myself since the pillow is huge and hard to ship back (unless you have one of those special vacum attachments to make something shrink to a third of its size, which I don't).They supplied me with a large needle, several buttons and a video to show how easy it is to replace the buttons.Meanwhile they sent me a replacement pillow as well, and this new version appears to have better attached buttons. If I do have a problem with the buttons I know now I can fix it myself pretty easily.The customer service person I spoke with seems to sincerely want to improve on the product and was very helpful to satisfy my original problem. They were aware of this button issue and are working to resolve it, but the reason I gave five stars for support is because they listen to their customers and are open to suggestions which I find refreshing - getting a person on the phone when you have an issue is a rare event to begin with! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Perfect head board support! *by P***N on Reviewed in the United States on April 16, 2019* We have a king iron frame bed and I got tired of my head falling thru slats. True to the color pictured. However. it's not triangular. The cover is sewn in a triangle shape, but when stuffed full, it takes on the shape of a long rectangular pillow. We are using it as headboard for our platform bed and it looks great, is comfortable to lean back on.The cover isn't removable to wash it. That really upsets me. The buttons are stitched through the cover. So you actually need to unstuff it to launder the cover. Hence my 3 star rating.
