Review: What I've been looking for - I make a lot of stocks, chicken, beef, veal etc. And I've got a course mesh china cap. That I use for straining the bones, vegs, etc. and then I do my reductions and then finally use the fine mesh strainer as the final strain. It works great. The only real hard part is cleaning, but that's not that big of a deal. I DO NOT put mine in the Dishwasher because I don't want to take the chance of something banging against it. So I hand wash it and then put it way on the wall hook. The shipping was fast, something like two days. And that was with regular shipping. I would recommend this in a second. I'm very happy with this strainer.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ What I've been looking for

I make a lot of stocks, chicken, beef, veal etc. And I've got a course mesh china cap. I'm very happy with this strainer.
