He is about 12 lbs. So obviously the collar is way too big, but it wouldn't fit even a medium sized DOG in my opinion, because as a joke I put it around my husband's neck, and it fit him. He is 6'1 and a big guy (not fat big, but masculine big). Also, it is not adjustable. But if you are getting this for a German Shepard, Pitbull, Great Dane or the like.. it should fit just fine. Just won't fit a kitty, unless you have the real life Garfield, than maybe..just maybe it would fit.
