Good customer support by ShuHome.It looks stylish, but the quality of parts is low. Each small compartment is a tight fit for three regular tennis shoes, but fits two pairs nicely. The large compartment fits up to very large boots. However, none of the screws and tighteners fit tightly. If you want the rack to be sturdy and sittable, you may need to nail some of the pieces together.
